Super Heroes, welcome to Training Camp, where you get to choose 1 of 5 Super Powers such as Strength, Light and Electricity. Use these powers plus special moves to help battle and beat the villains.
A PIRATES TREASURE is buried deep in the ocean. Use your imagination and come aboard the Blimey Barnacle. Explore the ocean, use your muscles and your skills to discover and open the treasure chest.
Are you ready for a BEACH TRIP? The beach is so much fun-playing in the water, building sand castles, so many things to explore, like tidepools. Use your imagination to bring the beach to life.
FUNKY FLOW is anything but boring! This yoga class is a great program to challenge your body, with upbeat music and poses to help you breathe, focus and give yourself some ‘me’ time. Mat needed.
DANCE, DANCE, DANCE is a fun way to take simple hip hop dance moves, add style and make it your own. Put your dance stamp on it and express… YOURSELF!
STRONG BODY is what you’ll get from doing this class again and again! A fun combination of strength moves and cardio drills, using a water bottle and towel to make it more of a challenge. Thumbs up! Filled Water Bottles, Small towel needed
Kickbox your way to fit, you’ll punch, kick and combo it with a little jump rope in authentic kickboxing style plus a plank challenge. You’ll feel more powerful every time you do this class.
FOCUSED STRENGTH will help you build a strong, flexible body with a combination of yoga and Pilates moves. We’ll challenge you to find your inner tough guy/tough girl strength as well as your muscles. Mat needed
DANCE SQUAD PARTY and this class IS a par-tay! Be a part of the Squad, with hip hop combinations mixed with a some urban groove. Make it your own, then, you can take it, your way to the dance floor!
FEARLESS is THE workout to challenge to get out of your comfort zone, and push you towards your physical potential and mental toughness! A combination of strength and cardio drills—to get you fit! Filled water bottles, mat needed
