Member FAQs

If Wellbeats is offered to you as a virtual wellness offering through an employer, health plan, multifamily community, or other affiliated facility – an account has already been created for you! You do not need to create an account.

If you believe you have a Wellbeats account but haven’t received login credentials through a welcome email from Wellbeats, please contact your sponsoring organization for guidance.
Examples of sponsoring organizations include:

  • Employer
  • Health Plan
  • Multifamily Community
  • Health, Fitness, or Community Facility
  • University or College

After selecting “Forgot Password”, you should receive an account verification email. If 30 minutes have passed and you still have not received an email, you may not have a Wellbeats account associated with that email address. Alternatively, your sponsoring organization may not use emails when creating member accounts.

The Wellbeats app is available for download via the App Store (for iOS) and Google Play Store (for Android). You may also access Wellbeats on a computer via the website portal: portal.wellbeats.com.

Wellbeats is for everyone! You can find 1200+ fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes for all ages, levels, abilities, and interests. Examples include yoga, HIIT, running/walking, meditation, healthy recipes, injury prevention, kids activities, office breaks, and so much more.

Yes, closed captioning is available to display a text version of what is being said on screen. Closed captioning is available in English, Spanish, and French for most classes.

To do this, select the “CC” closed captioning icon on the bottom of the class display screen and select English, Spanish, or French to automatically turn on subtitles. (Note: the closed captioning icon may display differently depending on your device.)

If you currently offer Wellbeats at your organization, a Wellbeats account is already created for all eligible members. Please contact clientservices@wellbeats.com for additional assistance on member setup.

Your members can access Wellbeats directly on their personal devices. The Wellbeats app is available for download via the App Store (for iOS), Google Play Store (for Android), and Microsoft Store (for Windows). You may also access Wellbeats on a computer via the website portal: portal.wellbeats.com, or cast to a TV. Download this guide for access instructions by device.

Note: Some exclusions apply. Actual design and navigation may vary depending on your device. For clients with an integration, please contact the partner support team with access instructions.

If you have opted in for Wellbeats to send Welcome and Re-Welcome Email campaigns, your members will be notified through email directly from Wellbeats.

If your members have opted in to receive push notifications on their Apple or Android devices, they will also receive ongoing reminders and behavior-based push notifications sent directly to their phone and/or tablet.

We encourage you to follow our best practices to increase enrollment and engagement with your Wellbeats virtual wellness offering. This includes promoting a Wellbeats program, leveraging a champion network, and utilizing monthly marketing kits. Please see this page for resources to help you get started
