GETTING STARTED WITH THE WELLBEATS APP IS EASY

When an organization you’re affiliated with signs you up for a WELLBEATS account, you will
automatically get an e-mail with your username and temporary password. From there, the next steps are simple.

You can also access WELLBEATS through our website portal to login from your computer.


If an organization you’re affiliated with is offering WELLBEATS as a service, your account will automatically be created for you. Your username is your e-mail address. Once your account has been created, WELLBEATS will send you an e-mail with a temporary password that you can use when you log in to the app.

You can request a password reset at any time. Visit the WELLBEATS App or portal.wellbeats.com and select “Forgot My Password” at the login screen.  Enter your email address and a password reset email will be sent to you shortly after.

Yes to all of the above. WELLBEATS is available on any device with internet access. If you’re on a computer you can access it via the web address: portal.wellbeats.com. You can also download the WELLBEATS App onto any tablet or mobile device from the iTunes, Google Play or Android app stores.

The organization you are affiliated with determines the permission settings in your app –whether you are able to participate in a full length class or simply view a class schedule and preview the classes. If you have questions about your access level within the app, talk to a program administrator within your organization.

There is no limit to the number of devices your login credentials are associated with. However, you can only utilize the WELLBEATS App from one device at a time. Additionally, it is unlawful to use a personal WELLBEATS license in a commercial setting.

If your access level within the app allows for streaming of WELLBEATS classes, then you will be able to view those classes on your TV. There are a few different ways that you can do this.

1. Via Apple TV: Access the WELLBEATS App on your iOS device (ipad or iphone). Activate “Airplay” on your iOS device and connect to your Apple TV.  For best results connect directly to the Apple TV, do not use mirroring option.  Both your Apple TV and your iOS device must be on the same network. 

2. Via Chromecast: Access the WELLBEATS App on your Android device and mirror onto your TV ( follow the directions pertaining to your device for mirroring)

3. Via HDMI Cable: Access the WELLBEATS App on your computer; then connect the HDMI cable to your TV.  Your phone or tablet screen will then appear on your TV screen.

Ensure your device is connected to the internet and that the signal strength is strong.

First, double check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot find it there, you can reset your password. If you are still not receiving WELLBEATS emails, contact your gym/employer and provide a different email address. 

When you get your login credentials, be sure not to copy and past the password into the login screen. This can sometimes add an extra space, making the password invalid. Try typing the password, and if that does not work, reset your password and try again.
