Silver&Fit Explore is designed for older adults who are just getting started or are returning to an exercise routine.  This is a gentler, slower workout, with seated exercise options for the more de-conditioned individual, with extra care to explain the moves and how to safely integrate exercise as part of daily activity. A goal of this program is to enable the older adult who does require in chair exercise to progress to freely stand and be stable.

Silver&Fit Experience is designed for older adults looking for a moderate level, well-balanced exercise routine and is already involved in some type of movement activity.  All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support.  This class will focus on improving movement skills and using heavier weight as an option to progress in cardio, muscle strength and balance capacities.

Silver&Fit Excel is designed for  active, athletic older adults who are looking for a challenging workout however still need and want to focus on activities for their age demographic.  The exercises are free standing and involve more complex, integrated movement patterns for advanced fitness levels.  This class will benefit the older adult who wants to continue playing sports and being more active overall.
