FREESTYLE FANATIC combines fun cardio moves with strength, core, finishing with stretch time. The theme is sports: mountain climb, skiing, sledding, surfing and sky dive, on and off the BOSU® Sport.
LAVA LAND focuses on balance work and staying on the BOSU Sport and not falling in the hot lava! After a warm-up, you’ll do sport style drills to train your core muscles finishing with stretch time.
SUPER SPORTS helps you get strong and fit with some of your favorite sports! You’ll do drills from soccer, baseball, basketball, swimming, lacrosse track and tennis, on and off the BOSU® Sport!
MUSCLE MAKER gives you strong muscles and a strong core, helping you move faster and easier. You’ll do cardio, strength and stability drills, finishing with Stretch Time, on and off the BOSU® Sport.
FASTER FEET gives you the ability to move your whole body faster, really fast; needed for any sport! This class focuses on speed drills plus stability and mobility moves, on and off the BOSU® Sport.
