It’s official: nutrition education is officially available on Wellbeats! The brand-new “Nourish” channel features 20+ classes with healthy eating tips, cooking tutorials, and recipes from leading nutrition experts including Christina and Katie from Prescribe Nutrition, Chef Marshall, and Dr. Kim Waters.

About the Nourish Channel
With a majority of the population struggling to maintain healthy eating habits, the “Nourish” channel presents the facts in a simple, easy-to-follow approach. Most classes are broken down into short, “digestible” videos (just 10 minutes or less) to provide the insight you need to make healthy food choices, plus bonus recommendations and recipes so you can take action right away.
Classes vary from what to eat after a workout, tips for portion control, cooking to improve gut health, a beginner’s guide to macros, and so much more.
