Day 1: Play the Wellbeats 15-minute Slumber Yoga class or take 15 minutes for some light stretching to wind down and relax your body.
Day 2: Stay off your phone at least 1 hour before bed. You can even keep your phone in the kitchen so you’re not tempted.
Day 3: Avoid eating a large meal 2-3 hours before bedtime. Bonus: stay away from caffeine and alcohol, which also has a tendency to disrupt peaceful sleep.
Day 4: Aim for at least 7 hours of sleep. Set a timer on your phone for when you need to be in bed by and stick to it.
Day 5: Instead of counting sheep, list off 5 things you are most grateful for. This can help put your mind at ease, so you can drift off to a nice, peaceful sleep.
