Ready? Set? Run! One of the most highly-requested workouts officially launches on Wellbeats this Wednesday, May 8th: a running and walking channel called “Strides”.

About Strides

Wellbeats launches the “Strides” running and walking channel*, featuring 11 running and walking workouts, 2 stretching classes, and 1 tutorial class. Whether on the treadmill or outdoors, you can take Wellbeats with you wherever you go. Classes include options for intervals, hill training, long runs, and tempo runs.
