00:12 from time to time at work whether you

00:14 just got out of a stressful meeting or

00:16 simply looking for a quick break I'm

00:18excited to show you a yoga practice that

00:21 can be done right at your desk all you

00:24 need is a sturdy chair and a goal to

00:26 feel stress-free in just a few minutes

00:29 now let's get started all right sit up

00:33 nice and tall in your chair take a deep

00:35 breath as you lift your arms exhale and

00:39 add a little twist reach up again as you

00:43 breathe in and twist to the opposite

00:46 side breath in as you rise exhale let

00:52 your arms fall let's do that again big

00:55 breath in twist to one side breath in is

01:02 your eyes opposite side and release on

01:11 this last time try breathing in through

01:14 your nose exhale through your mouth

01:19 lifting and releasing one more time up

01:25 and down nice put your hands on your

01:32 thighs let's take another deep breath in

01:34 as you lift your chest and your eyes and

01:36 exhale and round through your upper back

01:42 breath in and breath out let's do that

01:48 again filling your lungs big breath and

01:51 release completely rounding and then sit

01:56 right back up into your neutral position

01:58 nice extend your legs out just a little

02:02 bit take a deep breath in and now hinge

02:06 from your hip we're coming into a seated

02:07 forward fold again breath in as you rise

02:12 slow and release

02:16 nice let's do that again big breath can

02:19 lift your eyes slightly and then slowly

02:21 tip forward add a little pause at the

02:25 bottom and then come right back up to

02:29 neutral let's do that one more time

02:32 breath and release if you'd like to hold

02:39 this a little bit longer take another

02:41 breath or two and when you're ready just

02:45 slowly come back up to neutral and

02:48 that's it I hope you feel more relaxed
