April is Stress Awareness Month!
Stress can occur for a variety of reasons and isn’t exactly uncommon. According to a recent Gallup survey, about 8 in 10 Americans report feeling either frequently (44%) or sometimes (35%) stressed in their daily lives. Just 17% report feeling rarely stressed, and 4% never do.
Whether it’s stress at work or in our own personal lives, it can often leave us feeling irritated, anxious, demotivated, low in energy… the (icky) list goes on.
