Stress can occur for a variety of reasons and isn’t exactly uncommon. According to a recent Gallup survey, about 8 in 10 Americans report feeling either frequently (44%) or sometimes (35%) stressed in their daily lives. Just 17% report feeling rarely stressed, and 4% never do.
Whether it’s stress at work or in our own personal lives, it can often leave us feeling irritated, anxious, demotivated, low in energy… the (icky) list goes on.
Fortunately, there are several ways to reverse its negative effect through both mental and physical exercise. Throughout the month, Wellbeats will be sharing several tips, techniques, and even class recommendations to help you feel more calm and relaxed.
- How to Meditate While You Exercise
- A Beginner-Friendly Breathing Meditation Practice
- Chair Yoga Poses at Work
- A Quick Morning Energy Boost
- Stress-Relieving Wellbeats Classes
- and so much more!
