Wellbeats is excited to announce the partnership with eMindful, a leader in providing mindfulness and meditation courses for beginners to experts. Through their online platform eM Life, eMindful offers on-demand, evidence-based programs taught by a team of expert instructors. eMindful classes are designed to improve health, relationships, and overall well-being through the practice of mindfulness.
Wellbeats will add 3 new channels on the Wellbeats platform sponsored by eM Life, including:
1. Mindfulness at Work – Does your workday ever leave you feeling depleted or anxious? Whether in an office, at home or on-the-go, learn how you can properly manage workplace stress. | ft. 8 Classes
2. Managing Anxiety – Are you letting anxiety take control of your present? Learn a variety of tips and best practices to unwind your mind and manage any fears or worries. | ft. 6 Classes
3. Mindful Eating – Bring mindfulness to the table. In this channel, you will learn how to take control of your eating habits with topics such as comfort food temptations, fullness cues, dealing with peer pressure and so much more. | ft. 7 Classes
All 21 classes will include audio-based learning programs – so a user can listen anywhere whether in the car, at home, or on-the-go. Classes will be featured on the Wellbeats platform beginning Friday, November 30*.
