It’s official, Wellbeats fans – new classes have arrived!
We’ve added a total of 17 new classes featuring a variety of muscle movements, intensity levels, instructors and more.
Here’s everything you need to know about the latest Wellbeats class release:
- A “Circuits” channel is now available!* Classes include options for upper body, lower body, total body with equipment, total body without equipment, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) cardio, fat burn, and core. Work in as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) during each exercise for a quick, highly-effective workout. For more details, check out our latest Circuits blog post here.
- Love Rev? There is now a post-cycling stretch class to relieve any tension or muscle stiffness after a long session on the bike.
- Choose from a larger selection of quick workout options to squeeze in when you’re in the office or on-the-go.
- Discover new renditions on popular favorites including Rev (cycling) and Fusion (yoga/Pilates).
